The work we do
Eco Tech specialises in conservatory roof panels. Our fitters strip off the old polycarbonate or glass and install made to measure insulated roof panels on the frame you already have. Every panel pairs two aluminium skins with a 75 mm foam core for a U-value near 0.43 W/m²K, compared with roughly 2.3 for 16 mm polycarbonate.
What you end up with is a room that keeps its warmth in winter, shades out the direct summer sun and stays quiet in a downpour. Most roofs go on in a single day, larger ones in 2 to 3, and the old roof leaves with us for recycling.

We are FENSA registered and members of HomePro, which backs our 10 year insurance backed warranty. The panels themselves are made in the UK to the measurements we take at your home.
Why panels are all we fit
Sticking to one roof means our surveyors look at the same sort of frames, bars and joints week in, week out. They can tell a healthy frame from a tired one quickly, and our fitters know every trim and seal by memory. Since each survey runs through the same checks, the written quote normally reaches you within a few days.
It also stops us overselling. We have no bigger job to push you towards. When a frame is past carrying any new roof, what you need is a full replacement roof with a new frame, which is outside what we offer, and we say that at the survey.

How our prices work
Our prices are published on this website, so you have the range before we visit. Small roofs start at £3,000, medium at £4,000 and large or P-shaped at £5,000, with most customers paying £3,000 to £7,500. Removal of the old roof, panels in the colour you pick, fitting and the 10 year insurance backed warranty are all included.
We can begin from measurements and photos you send us, then a short survey visit confirms the details. Your final figure is fixed in writing with each item listed separately, and it only changes if you change the order. Compare any quote with our conservatory roof panel prices, and if you would rather pay over time, you can spread the cost with finance through Kanda, subject to status.

Does Eco Tech fit other types of roof?
No. Insulated aluminium panels in place of old polycarbonate or glass are the only roofs we install. Should your frame be unable to carry a new roof, we will tell you and explain the reason.

Will I be pushed to sign on the day?
No. The visit is for measuring and checking, and nothing gets signed while we are there. Your fixed written quote arrives afterwards so you can decide when it suits you.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Not before the survey, ever. The written quote sets out when any payment falls due, and the whole roof is covered by our HomePro 10 year warranty.
