Privacy policy

Eco Tech Conservatories Ltd, company number 16672645, registered office 3 The Quadrant, Coventry, CV1 2DY, is the data controller for anything you send us through this website. This page sets out what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The details we hold

A quote request gives us your name, phone, email and postcode, plus your answers about the conservatory (roof type, shape, size, timing) and any notes. To keep the form safe from abuse we also log the time, the page you arrived from and your IP address.

What we do with them

We use your details to book and carry out your survey, write your quote, fit the roof if you go ahead and keep you updated by phone, text and email. We rely on your consent, and on taking steps you asked for before a contract.

Who else sees them

Enquiries are stored for us by our customer management system, HighLevel. If you apply for finance, Kanda and its lenders receive what they need to process the application. Your HomePro warranty is registered in your name once the roof is finished. We never sell your details or let anyone else use them for marketing.

How long we keep them

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Customer files are kept for the 10 year warranty period plus six years.

Your rights
