Complaints

If anything about your survey or your new roof is not right, tell us and we will sort it out.

1. Email info@ecotechconservatories.co.uk or call 0800 433 2251 with your reference number and a short description. Photos are a big help.
2. We reply within two working days and aim to settle most problems within 14 days, with a return visit where needed.
3. If you are still unhappy, your 10 year HomePro insurance backed warranty and HomePro's own dispute process give you independent routes to a resolution. Your warranty documents explain how to use them.
